What we look at
Every tool gets an editorial score from 1 to 5 on six criteria. The overall score is their simple average.

Where the numbers come from
Prices and plan limits come from each vendor's official pricing page and are cross-checked against independent pricing guides. We show list prices in US dollars at about 1,000 contacts or subscribers. Vendors change plans often, so please confirm on the vendor's site before you buy.
